U.N. SAYS: KILL THE QUEERS

When most of us in America think of the two words- "gays" and "hung" and put them together a guy like in the picture below comes to mind (if you like him right click here to see more)....

...but in many countries like Iran HUNG GAYS means what this sad picture, below to the right, displays.

This is what happens to gay teens in Iran- as well as many other countries in this world. This photo-article clearly documents what the United Nations, just this past week, has now condoned in several parts of the world including Iran.

Here is an excerpt from a piece from November 20. 2010:

Gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender people were once again subject to the whims of homophobia and religious and cultural extremism this week, thanks to a United Nations vote that removed “sexual orientation” from a
resolution that protects people from arbitrary executions. In other words, the UN General Assembly this week voted to allow LGBT people to be executed without cause.

According to the International Gay and Lesbians Human Rights Commission, the UN General Assembly’s Third Committee on Social, Cultural and Humanitarian issues removed “sexual orientation” from a resolution addressing extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions this past week in a vote that was overwhelming represented by a majority of African, Middle East and Carribean nations.

For a UN committee that addresses human rights questions that affect people all over the world, by removing protections for LGBT persons from a category of arbitrary executions, belies the objective and purpose of a committee whose focus this year is “on the examination of human rights questions,” according to its website.

A number of LGBT human rights advocates were surprised by the decidedly lop-sided vote, including Mark Bromley, the chair of the Council on Global Equality, a Washington, D.C. based organization that brings together human rights organizations, LGBT groups, philanthropists and corporate leaders to ”encourage a clearer and stronger American voice on human rights concerns impacting LGBT communities around the world.”

You can right click here to read the entire piece...really worth a read even if you don't live in the affected countries or territories.

As for me I am not surprised- the UN should be ashamed of itself because it, in effect, has just sanctioned state justified murder without cause and left unprotected many gay and lesbians in African, Middle East and Caribbean nations.

Shame on the U.N.

Shame.

This is a short video telling you about the two boys that were hung- just for being gay...and the United Nations apparently thinks this sort of thing is ok.

...and all this on the video is in the name of a god or a religion- believe me if the Christian Taliban had their way in the United States queers would be strung up as well here...think that is crazy? How many years was it until we decided lynching black folk was morally wrong in this country?

Think about it.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

Someone asked me why today was selected to be Thanksgiving Day in the United States...here is what the wikipedia page says:

"Thanksgiving Day is a harvest festival celebrated primarily in the United States and Canada. Traditionally, it has been a time to give thanks for a bountiful harvest. While it may have been religious in origin, Thanksgiving is now primarily identified as a secular holiday.[1] It is sometimes casually referred to as Turkey Day.

In Canada, Thanksgiving Day is celebrated on the second Monday in October, which is Columbus Day in the United States. In the United States, it falls on the fourth Thursday of November.

The precise historical origin of the holiday is disputed. Although Americans commonly believe that the first Thanksgiving happened in 1621 at Plymouth, Massachusetts, there is some evidence for an earlier harvest celebration by Spanish explorers in Florida during 1565. There was also a celebration two years before Plymouth (in 1619) in Virginia. There was a Thanksgiving of sorts in Newfoundland, modern-day Canada in 1578 but it was to celebrate a homecoming instead of the harvest.

Thanksgiving Day is also celebrated in Leiden, in the The Netherlands. A different holiday which uses the same name is celebrated at a similar time of year in the island of Grenada
."

There you have it!

Oh and this is probably the most dumb ass Thanksgivinbg moment in history!

Remember this?

Her out was that she just pardoned one turkey...not the rest getting their heads put in the grinder!

With that....

THE SEXUALIZATION OF JUSTIN BIEBER

I am getting some real bizzare questions on my Formspring...so I want to just mention something about it this morning before I get set to do the Borderboys post.

The latest were a string of questions about Justin Bieber. Now quite frankly until tjis morning I never really listened to anything this kid did so I just knew his name and not his music.

One of the questions asked "Do you think Justin Bieber is well hung?"

My response on my Formspring was "I don't listen to Justin Bieber and quite frankly barely know who he is - not my type of music. I really don't care about his cock size but I bet he looks good in drag."

Just look at the cheekbones...I can see him all painted up and doing a show at a local gay club in the mid west lol.

Seriously, until today I never really bothered to listen to his music. It just isn't the type of music I like . I have seen him on interviews and every time my gaydar goes off like a three-alarm fire siren.

The kid sings good but the music industry made sure they write him songs to appeal to teenage girls. Everything is heterosexual in the music biz when it comes to a male teen performer.

As I looked around Google this morning I couldn't get over how many fan sites, like this one on blogspot, spend more time talikning about shirtless- photoshopped or taken by paparazi, then his music.

At the AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS Justin Bieber taking home his first-ever AMAs winning 4 total, including Artist of the Year!

Alright the guy does have a good voice but you have to ask yourself- if he was a hundred pounds heavier and didn't have the drag queen perfect face and the fit body would this 16-year-old Canadian twink be as much of a sensation as he seems to be?

I don't think so.

No offense against this kid's talent...he clearly is a good singer but herein lies one of the hypocriosies of our world. In the music business they almost encourage teenage girls and others to sexualize mid-teen performers like Justin Bieber to sell him to a fan base.

But if someone posts random pics of guys his age on blogspot, in speedos, suddenly they get a suspeneded account on most blog sites because they are sexualizing underage boys.

But in cases like Justin, the Jonas Brothers and so many others it was the sex and the wondering- like the ano0nymous person that asked the question- what lies below the belt, if he shaves his pubes like his armpits and a myriad of other things that have absolutely nothing to do with his musical talent is what the music promoters really want people in their teen celeberties fan base to pay attention to.

Hell it seems it has gone so far with this guy that people are even making Photoshop Justin Bieber Fleshlight ads...

...right click here to see the article.

This singer is 16-years-old and I guess because the music business wants to sell him as a sex object it is alright. But sexualize any other 16-year-old and you will be label a perv or a pedophile.

I personally don't care if this kid is hung or not...what I care about is the music.

But sadly when you have someone that appears to be as queer as a three dollar bill like Justin is to me (I am not saying that he is for sure- just relying on my gaydar that usually is pretty accurate in real life) they are not allowed to be a gay teen singer and females are thrust upon them because in our world gay teens that sing- in the eyes of the music world- will not sell as much as a hetero one will.

When we get an adult openly gay singer then we get a campy stereotype like Adam Lambert...that guy pissed me off. He could have come off as openly guy but mainstream but he chose to perform and present himself like the nelly, queeny stereotype most straights think we all are.

Maybe one day the music biz will wake up and understand that there is a market for one of these teen singers- who are obviously gay to be themselves and sing songs that gay teens can relate to. Until then teens will be shoved in the closet and presented as heterosexual to the masses of screaming teeny6 girls to sell them.

It makes me wonder- in the back of the minds of guys like Justin Bieber, whether he wins awards because of the music or because girls, boys and dirty old men (and I am sure some women too...yes adult females get into teens too...it just isn't as prominent in the news) want to see "how hung he is" or secretly sexualize him.

As for his music- it's not my style but he is a talented singer.

Concerning my Formspring- please don't ask me to comment on the cock size of under age people- famous or not. I put the thing up so readers could ask sensible questions or Borderboys readers could ask questions about performers or the reviews I write.

Oh and don't write in and say, "Chucky you sexualized Justin in your post". I used the pictures today as an example of what people tend to9 be posting- there is a bigger buzz on the blogs I lokked at this morning about this guy half naked as opposed to the actual music he creates- or has carefully written for him to appease the young female fan base.

For those of you, like I, who have never really heard this guy here are a couple of videos...

HARRY POTTER AND THE TREASURE TRAIL

Who would have thought, ten years ago, when the first Harry Potter film - "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" that the innocent looking little wizard would develop into grown man complete with a fuzzy treasure trail?

Years ago I was given one of the JK Rowling books- I think it was the third one "Prisoner of Azkaban" and at first I wondered why in the hell my friend wanted me to write a children's book.

But I gave it a go anyway and became engrossed in the story and more particularly the writing style of JK Rowling.

Simplistic enough for a child to read yet laden with subtle moral lessons- that she stated she never intended consciously to do the book and the series grabbed me.

The first movie and the second was quite true to the novel. The third was alright and missed only a few points.

But by the time they released the fourth film "Goblet of Fire" (I had already read that book) I was sorely disappointed at how they stripped away some of the brilliant character development that JK Rowling had originally written.

I know the movies are not supposed to be the novels- word for word but I still would have hoped they would have been a bit better.

By far, during the course of the Harry Potter run, the books out-shined the movies ten to one.

So now I am debating whether I actually want to go see this movie in two parts and add to the 61 plus million it made just yesterday.

My partner, who didn't read the books, but likes the movies wants to go see it...so I probably will end up seeing it as well.

When I do I will let you know what I think.

Have you seen the movie?

If so please comment and let me know what you thought of part one!

"E" online has posted the full video of the movie's premiere in NYC...and here it is for you rabid Harry Potter fans!
